"What is included with each Window Well Scene?"
Each Window Well Scene comes with (1) Window Well Scenes® liner, hook & loop fastener strip, and full installation instructions.

"How big are the Window Well Scenes®?"
All of our Window Well Scenes® are available in a standard size of 100" wide by 60" high.  In addition, our digitally-printed Window Well Scenes® are also available in a slightly wider 120" wide by 60" high size.  

"What if my egress window well is smaller than the Window Well Scene?"
No problem!  Simply measure carefully and crop the best section of the picture for your application.  Click here to see an example.  Remember that you will be looking up more as you get closer to the window so plan for a good view at the top of the image.  Read the instruction sheet and follow it carefully.  You can always cut off more but you can’t put any back once you have made a cut! 

"What are Window Well Scenes® made of?"
Each Window Well Scene is made from durable polystyrene plastic. 

"Are Window Well Scenes® weather resistant?"
Yes!  Window Well Scenes® are waterproof and weatherproof.  The UV inks used are fade resistant.  Each Window Well Scene will provide years of enjoyment when installed correctly. 

"What kinds of window wells will this product work on?"
You can apply Window Well Scenes® to metal, concrete, and plastic window wells that have an upright vertical dimension. Some concrete wells might have a slant at the bottom. You can get creative with foreground camouflaging of this slant.  Please note: Window Well Scenes® will NOT work with the RockWell Egress Window Wells that are sold by Summit.  

"How do Window Well Scenes® attach to my window well?"
Window Well Scenes® has a special hook & loop fastener strip that comes with it.  Be sure to follow the instructions about cleaning the window well surface first so the hook & loop strips will adhere.  We have found that if you warm up the strip of hook & loop material with a warm hair dryer for several seconds before beginning to apply it, the adhesive will become much stickier and more effective. 

"What do I do about the ladder that is on my egress window well?"
The purpose of the large egress window wells is for safety for you and your family and visitors to escape and for fire fighters to get in.  Do not obstruct this purpose.  Some ladders are moveable and can be placed toward one side.  Use your own best judgment for this important safety issue.  We do not advocate covering up an egress ladder!

"What can I do to finish off the top edge of my Window Well Scene?"
One helpful idea we have heard from our customers is to purchase a length of black irrigation tubing from your local home center.  Cut the tubing to the same length as the top of the window well.  Carefully slit the tubing lengthwise and slip it over the the rim of the window well and over the Window Well Scene.  This optional tip give you a finished look, and will help hold the Window Well Scene tight against the window well.  

"Any other ideas about finishing off my Window Well Scene?"
You can use your creativity with the foreground of the well by adding decorative rock, mulch, flat pavers, fake/real plants, or other material that complements the scene.  Add other decorative touches like small landscape sculptures, a toy sand shovel and pail for the beach scene, and so on.  These personal touches make your scene unique. 

"Can I have a custom print made from one of my own photographs?"
We do not offer this service at this time.  

"What is your refund policy on Window Well Scenes®?"
Unfortunately we can not accept refunds on this item because, once received, they may become scratched, cut, marked, or otherwise unresellable.  The manufacturer of this product is unable to inspect and restock this product, therefore we can not offer return privileges.

"How are Window Well Scenes® shipped?"
Window Well Scenes® are shipped rolled up in a heavy cardboard tube, which will help ensure safe delivery to you.

"If I order more than one can you ship them all in one tube to save shipping costs?"
Yes.  We can ship up to two Window Well Scenes® per tube, which helps keep shipping prices low.

"How good is the picture quality?"
The picture quality is excellent!  You can see even the finest details in the photos.  They really are beautiful.   

"Any creative uses for your Window Well Scenes®?"
Sure!  Some customers find Window Well Scenes® too beautiful to use only in their window wells.  A few folks have mounted their Scenes to walls in their home.  The large size of these murals makes a great backdrop, and can brighten up an empty wall.  If you decide to use Window Well Scenes® for this purpose you'll have to decide the best way to affix them to your walls, and use of Window Well Scenes® for these unconventional purposes is at your risk.   

"I want to place an order.  How long will it take to get Window Well Scenes®?"
Allow about one business day for order processing, then allow standard UPS delivery time to your location.  Window Well Scenes® ship from the manufacturer in Colorado.  Most orders for Window Well Scenes® arrive to customers within about 7 business days.
