1.)  Our White Steel Egress Window Wells are warranted by the manufacturer, Marshall Stamping Company (hereinafter called "Marshall").  Marshall warrants to the original purchaser that the purchased Egress Window Wells (Area Walls) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 2 years after the date of purchase.

Marshall's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any Egress Window Well that proves defective during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

• Freight, labor, or other expenses incurred in removing or reinstalling any Egress Window Well claimed under this warranty for repair or replacement.

• Repair of damage or defects caused by improper installation or job specifications, accident, misuse, intentional damage and vandalism, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of Marshall.

• Repair of damage or defects caused by improper service or attempted repairs, by other than Marshall's authorized representative.

• Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use or other consequential damages.

• Normal maintenance of the Egress Window Well (Area Wall). 

Marshall makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied.  All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which exceed Marshall's aforesaid obligations are hereby disclaimed by Marshall and excluded.  This warranty is the sole express warranty covering the purchased products.  Marshall has not authorized any person, representative or sales outlet to make any other warranty from this warranty.
