Some Specifications:

Construction:  Our White Steel Egress WIndow Wells are constructed from heavy 18 gauge, G-90 hot dipped galvanized sheet steel with mill certs.  Each well is prepainted before fabrication with a high quality primer and 1 mil. Valspar white paint inside, and 1/2 mil. grey paint outside.

Corrugations are 2 1/2" crest to crest, and 1/2" deep.

48", 60", and 72" egress window wells have a  5/8" roll on the top and bottom for rigidity and strength.

Flanges are straight and flat for a tight fit against the foundation.

The top and bottom corners of the flanges are rounded off for safety, to eliminate a sharp edge.

The attachment holes in the flanges are double-slotted for ease of leveling the egress window well area wall when installing.  The holes are spaced 2 11/16" on center; 1 1/2" overall length; round, center hole diameter is 1/2"; double slots are 1/4" wide; distance from outside edge of flange to center of round hole is 1"; distance from top of flange to center of first hole is 3 1/2"

The attachment holes are true dimensions (not grossly distorted), allowing fasteners to be installed easily.

The white interior finish of our egress window wells are protected with a clear plastic laminate that is removed after installation.  This helps keep the white surface clean and protected against scratching and marring.

The White Steel Wells are carefully packaged for shipment.  If you are ordering multiple egress window wells, the painted surfaces will have additional foam cushioning to protect them in transit.
