Among the new offerings from Milwaukee are expanded offerings in their new compact 18 volt series.  New tools are being introduced in the powerful V28 series, as well.  
The 28 volt Lithium Ion technology, which enabled Milwaukee to produce their popular cordless bandsaw, now makes it possible to offer a heavy-duty, long-running cordless grinder. 
Milwaukee also is producing a line of contractor-grade portable generators, powered by Honda and Vanguard engines.  The generators are nicely designed, and feature built-in wheels and handles for portability.
New accessories have been added, including Milwaukee's new Ice Hardened Sawzall Blades and Hole Saws.  The new blades offer up to 50% longer life than standard heat-treated blades.  
Also new this year is Milwaukee's Big Hawg Hole Cutter.  Designed for rough wood drilling, it features 3 hardened steel teeth that allow you to drill up to 600 holes without sharpening.  The Big Hawg Hole Cutters are available in many sizes and are also available in kits.
